Generally we are able to schedule an appointment within 1 to 7 days.

Our Daily Clinic is open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Outside of these hours we can arrange appointments on request. Please contact us by phone or email to make an appointment.

To assist us in progressing your treatment as soon as possible, please provide your detailed and current medical records. Preferably medical records should be no more than two to three months old.

Required information:

  • A description of your current health status and the reason for your inquiry with us
  • Current medical report in German or English.

If available:

  • Current laboratory test results;
  • Radiological reports (CT, PET or MRI scans) in German or English;
  • Surgery report (if applicable);
  • Pathology/histology reports (if a biopsy has been conducted)

We accept copies of your medical records by email, fax or post. Pictures should be provided as .jpg files or on CD.

Anyone can receive treatment at our surgery, regardless of their insurance status. As a private surgery all costs are born by the patient and we are not subsidized by the state medical insurance scheme.

The cost of treatment is calculated by values of the German Scale of Medical Fees and you will be provided with an invoice for your treatment. If you have private insurance, you can claim the cost of treatment with your insurer in accordance with their usual processes. We recommend that you check in writing with your insurer whether you will be covered for your treatment before you start the treatment.

Of course family members may stay by the patient’s side throughout the entire treatment. We ask for your understanding that due to limited space, no more than one family member can accompany the patient.

Our Private Clinic for Oncology is only a few kilometers from Stuttgart international airport. There are many public transport options that lead to our surgery: U-Bahn (underground) train lines U5, U6, U8 and U12 getting off at the Degerloch stop; tram line 10 at tram stop Degerloch; and bus lines 70, 71, 73, 74, 75, 76 and 77 at bus stop Degerloch ZOB. From the ZOB and the subway stop, it is a short walk of 450 m to our practice. There is an underground parking garage at Epplestraße 22a (Parkhaus Epplestraße).

As soon as you know your arrival information, one of our friendly staff can arrange a taxi to drive you directly to our clinic or your hotel.

Complimentary WiFi is available to all our patients and their accompanying family members.

The length of your first stay for your treatment will depend on the state of your health and the proposed treatment.

Apart from German, our staff can assist you in English, Croatian, Bosnian and Serbian.

After a diagnosis and treatment plan is settled with the patient, we can provide you with a quote for your consideration.

Please bring all medications and prescriptions with you to enable us to record these in your file.

If requested, we can arrange for an interpreter for you. The cost of the interpretation service is borne by the patient.

As soon as your initial appointment and visit is confirmed, we will provide you with a visa request form and all other necessary documents required by immigration officials.

If you are not from Stuttgart or the surrounding area, we can help you in finding accommodation for yourself and any family members travelling with you. We have special deals with some hotels near the surgery and we are happy to help.

For those patients, who for health reasons are unable to visit our clinic, we offer house calls, including house calls to international destinations. Our staff are happy to provide further information and arrange the visit.

As part of your treatment we provide daily fresh and healthy snacks, different protein shakes, detoxifying teas, specialty coffees for you and anyone accompanying you. We are passionate about ensuring you are comfortable in every way during your treatment.

All our patients receive a mobile / cell phone number which can be reached 24 hours a day for any assistance outside of our office hours. In case of emergency, please call an ambulance or the fire brigade.
